BCI releases examination dates for All India Bar Exams ( Read Notice)
The Bar Council of India (BCI) has informed that the next edition of the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) will be held on January 24, 2021. The press release issued today adds that there will be no further change of date for the conduct of the AIBE XV . Further, the BCI has also intimated deadlines as regards the registration for the AIBE XVI . In this regard, it is informed that the online registration for AIBE XVI will start from December 26 this year and that the last date of registration will be on February 21, 2021. NEET 2020 Candidates accuse NTA of furnishing Tampered OMR Sheets; Case reaches Supreme Court
The NEET 2020 candidates who alleged discrepancies in NEET 2020 Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheets in their petition filed with the Delhi High Court, have now accused the National Testing Agency (NTA) of providing them with tampered OMR sheets. Edexlive reports that some of the photographs of the sheets also show parts of the OMR sheets torn and pasted with a cello-tape. High Court slams State Govt for claiming Lands in Hafeezpet Area
The High Court of Telangana has pulled up the State Govt for its “vexatious conduct” of repeatedly attempting to claim ownership of land parcels in Survey No 80 of Hafeezpet in the city, & categorically declared that it has no right, title or interest on them. Allahabad High Court grants bail to man who offered 'namaaz' in Temple
The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to Faisal Khan, who was arrested for offering namaaz on the premises of the Nand Baba temple in Mathura district. The court, however, directed Khan not to use the social media till the conclusion of the trial. A Family Court in Mumbai Metropolitan region rejected a Woman’s plea for interim maintenance of ₹40,000, observing that she had not disclosed her “true income’ ’.
